Expansion Four: Dismantle the Ego
Moving Beyond Fear-Based Patterns
It’s common to talk about “ego” in spiritual and personal development spaces, but in this context, we’ll use a grounded definition. Here, ego refers to the collection of thoughts, habits, and identity patterns that developed to keep you safe — especially during times of stress, uncertainty, or threat.
These patterns are not the enemy. They are adaptive responses that once served an important purpose. However, once basic safety and stability are present, the same protective patterns can begin to limit growth by defaulting to caution, familiarity, and fear of change.
In this class, you’ll learn how to recognize fear-based thought patterns and understand how they influence decision-making. You’ll explore practical ways to create space between automatic reactions and intentional choice, so fear no longer drives your actions by default.
The focus is on strengthening self-leadership — learning how to respond from clarity and confidence rather than from survival-based habits. This supports more intentional decisions, greater freedom of choice, and a clearer sense of direction.
In this 90-minute live class on February 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM PST, you’ll experience 60 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of live Q&A.
Prerequisite: Expansions 1–3 (this course includes all four classes in the Expansion series):
Expansion One: The Self-Belief Blueprint — January 11, 2026 | 1:00 PM PST
Expansion Two: The Self-Love Blueprint — January 18, 2026 | 1:00 PM PST
Expansion Three: The Power of Presence — January 25, 2026 | 1:00 PM PST
Recordings will be available for all who register. Live attendance is encouraged to allow for real-time engagement, discussion, and integration.
