Expansion Six Deep Dive: Health & Wellbeing
Greater awareness. Supportive habits. Sustainable balance.
Physical wellbeing is influenced by many factors, including stress, lifestyle habits, emotional patterns, and how we respond to daily demands. When stress becomes chronic or unexamined, it can impact how we feel in our bodies and how supported or depleted we feel overall.
This Deep Dive session is designed to support participants in exploring the relationship between stress, habits, and physical wellbeing in a grounded, reflective group setting. Nicole facilitates structured teaching and guided inquiry to help participants identify patterns related to overexertion, self-neglect, tension, or burnout, and to develop greater awareness around how these patterns show up in daily life.
The focus is on cultivating balance through awareness, regulation, and practical self-support strategies — not on diagnosing, treating, or curing physical symptoms. Participants are encouraged to work alongside appropriate medical or healthcare professionals as needed.
Each Deep Dive session is a 90-minute live class (60 minutes of teaching and guided reflection, followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A). Replays are available for all who register.
Live participation is encouraged to support real-time engagement, discussion, and integration.
Date & Time: TBD
