Expansion Two: The Self-Love Blueprint
Learning to Feel Self-Compassion
Self-love is often talked about as a mindset or a checklist — eat better, rest more, stop being so critical of yourself. But for many people, those suggestions fall flat because they don’t address the underlying experience. If self-compassion doesn’t feel accessible in the body, it can be hard to practice consistently.
For years, I approached self-love as something to think about or achieve, rather than something to experience. Over time, I learned that self-compassion is less about effort and more about learning how to create a felt sense of safety, warmth, and acceptance within yourself.
In this class, we focus on developing self-compassion as a lived skill rather than an abstract idea. You’ll learn practical ways to respond to shame, guilt, and self-criticism with greater gentleness and steadiness, supporting emotional regulation and a more supportive inner relationship.
As self-compassion becomes more accessible, people often notice a shift away from seeking validation externally and toward a more stable sense of self-worth and emotional resilience.
This work is about recognizing that care and acceptance don’t need to be earned — they can be practiced and strengthened over time.
In this 90-minute live class on January 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM PST, you’ll experience 60 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of live Q&A to help you embody the frequency of unconditional love.
A recording will be available for all who register. Live attendance is encouraged to support real-time engagement, discussion, and integration.
